We are preparing for another year of our highly successful Professional Graduate Programme at the Academy of Northern Ballet.
The Programme was established four years ago and has become an important part of the Academy’s curriculum. Graduates from the most recent course have won contracts with the likes of Ballet Cymru, Ballet Ireland, Baltic Ballet, and Ballet Theatre UK.
Some Graduates on the 2016/17 course have had the opportunity to perform in Tortoise & the Hare, Goldilocks & the Three Bears, Beauty & the Beast and Casanova on tour across the UK, and even appeared on CBeebies in their adaptation of Goldilocks & the Three Bears. As students train in our state-of-the-art building, right alongside our dancers in rehearsal, it gives them a unique insight into life in a professional company.
All spaces have now been filled for the 2017/18 Programme, recruitment for 2018/19 will take place next year.
